The Local CLI and engine source is available in the sqlrs repository under Apache 2.0.

Start with the repository README for project setup and development information. When reporting a problem, include your sqlrs version, operating system, container runtime, and a minimal example. Remove credentials, connection strings, and personal data from any logs or examples you share.
