Installation

Primary installation method

The primary path is a ready release archive. Building from source is a fallback for platforms outside the published asset matrix.

The current public build is the v0.1.1-rc.5 release candidate. Register on the Local product page to receive the matching archive, SHA-256 verification command, and installation steps for your platform.

Workspace initialization

From the directory that should own .sqlrs/:

sqlrs init

sqlrs init is idempotent for a valid existing workspace. It refuses an accidental nested workspace unless explicitly forced. Platform-specific snapshot choices are covered in the matching platform guide.
