Release notes

This portal follows the current Latest release.

The current public GitHub artifacts are prereleases. A new release based on the intended source state will become GitHub Latest after platform verification; downloads and general availability will follow that release.

The release record will include:

1. tag and source SHA;
2. archive names and checksums;
3. exact sqlrs --help output;
4. Linux, Windows/WSL2, and macOS quickstart results;
5. runtime and snapshot backend per platform;
6. changes to supported platforms and workflows.
